Molotov Cocktail has been updated to v2!

Author's reason for this update:

Changed proc chance to attack speed adjusted for balancing purposes and also added a per level bonus to chance, and rephrased tooltip accordingly. Also changed item projectile to a more fitting model.

Shortened code.
Increased gold cost from 1500g to 2000g (from item lvl 44 to 60).
