Arcane version of my support-carry unique aura towers. This version shares mana stats instead of attack speed and trigger chances.

Not settled on the model yet.

Arcane Barrage damage was neglible, increased tower's base mana drastically.
Increased per level scaling of Arcane Barrage.
Increased effect of Convergence buff.
Fixed projectiles not hitting targets moving away from the tower.
