Frozen Orb of Oblivion has been updated to v3!

Author's reason for this update:

Updated buff visuals on towers.
Fixed debuff visuals on enemies.
Tower and buff now deal Elemental damage instead of Energy.
Buff can no longer be applied to self.
Damage over time is now dealt by this tower instead of the tower which hits first.
Damage over time can no longer crit, but critical hits will multiply the damage added to the debuff.
Buff duration now increases the duration of the dot without reducing its damage.
Readjusted crit values of buff across members. Crit is slightly higher on first member but lower on later members.
Readjusted attack damage as damage over time values across members.
Readjusted max mana, mana regen and mana cost.
