Reworked item:
- Reduced base chance from 25% to 15%
- It now only applies a minor, periodically stacking slow
- Removed second debuff that increased attack damage taken
- Removed all per level bonuses
- Removed attack speed malus (it didn't matter at all as you'd slap this item on a support tower only anyway)
- Reduced gold cost from 1375 to 200 (to item level 4)
The initial item concept was way too overtuned and unbalanced. Now it's just a somewhat basic early game support item.
