Reworked to fit in Arcane and reduce unit model variance within family.
Also renamed from Divine Elementalist to Ascended Elementalist.

Author's reason for this update:

Replaced Elemental Chaos' SFXAtUnit with Effect.createSimpleAtUnit (SFXAtUnit is prone to causing memory leaks when not handled properly).
