Tower's description is a bit iffy. Aside from wording issues, it is redundant to summarize what the tower does when it only has one ability and that ability's short summary is going to be right below. This is why I mostly put flavor text in the tower description of my towers.

There's no reason for the cooldown to be so high. If the tower has enough mana to keep more than one tower buffed, let it.
