Arcane version of Feedback Pylon, Gauss Obelisk, etc. The theme is an extrapolation of "Mana Burn", where the burn is somewhat more literal.

Uses splash projectiles as its method of multi target, with a chance for extra projectiles to satisfy the trigger requirement.

Being the Arcane variant, it is much more effective at burning mana than the others.
