Similar to an Arcane equivalent of Holy Energy.
One of the overall concerns I have with Arcane is the number of towers that provide mana regen, but also the number of towers that have no base mana regeneration.
It impacts this tower less as it's very easy to build around to generate enough mana from surrounding towers to consistently get the ability off, it just presents a design contradiction and this seemed like a good tower to highlight it on.
