Leyline Relay has been updated to v4!
Author's reason for this update:
No longer regenerates mana at all.
Mana transfer reduced by 60%, but scales with mana regeneration.
Its own mana is now 90% resistant to outside influence, except from other relays.

Now compares towertypes instead of families because families return 0 for non families and thus it was breaking towers.
