Caged Monstrosity has been updated to v2!

Author's reason for this update:

- Replaced tower description with basic flavor text
- Increased attack range from 800 to 900
- Increased max mana from 50 to 60
- Reduced mana reg from 2.00 to 1.00
- Slightly shortened ability tooltip
- Reduced ability mana cost from 45 to 35
- Reduced ability cooldown from 5 seconds to 3

For 5 mana and 15 gold less, Lesser Skeletal Mage does the same for attacks, and scales slightly better.
This trend continues to the final level of both towers where Skeletal Wizard is doing 36-51% compared to this towers 25-40.
The only advantage this tower has is casting 2 seconds faster, assuming you can maintain the mana regeneration to support it.
Skeletal Wizard has double the base mana regen. Just touch it up in some way and it'll be good to go.

It's still just a worse skeletal mage. You get this quite early in the game, when you don't have much spell damage. And this one's mana regen is lower and the mana cost is higher.

High mana cost (relative to mana regen) is fine if the ability has increased power to match, but the cooldown also needs to be shortened too.

I say reduce the cooldown, and either increase the spell damage taken % or add reduced life regeneration.

Reduced ability cooldown from 3 to 1 second.
Ability now additionally reduces health regeneration by the same amount.
