Rescaled bonus damage against sizes from 5% to 5% + 0.2% per level.

i think the slows ramp up too high for later members and would reduce the slow and improve the ability factors

Chilled Shard has been updated to v3!

Author's reason for this update:

Counter now resets to 0 if no more enemies are in range.
Counter is now always set to 0 on tower creation (before, the last counter was always stored even when the tower was sold and rebuilt).
Reduced base slow and per level bonus of later members by half.
Increased ability factor of later members slightly.
Rephrased ability tooltip accordingly.

Chilled Shard has been updated to v4!

Author's reason for this update:

The counter no longer resets to 0 when no more enemies are left in range.
This restriction required the periodic trigger to constantly check if enemies where left in range after x seconds, which was an unnecessary waste of game perfomance.
