Uncommon Celestial spell carry. Meant as a replacement for Initiate Elementalist as that tower is now part of Arcane.

This guy melts early mass waves on his own. Maybe reduce the area?
His stun vs magical is too strong.

Author's reason for this update:
Zealous Extermination:
- Replaced SFXAtUnit with Effect.createSimpleAtUnit, fixing a memory leak in the process
- Reduced AoE from 225 to 200
- Stun against magical is now chance based as it was too easy to stunlock magical with a bit of investment in attack speed and buff duration
- Rephrased ability tooltip accordingly
