Do water elementals apply Teleport?
This is a great physical carry that also has utility as a support. Solid design, deserves to exist in the game.

Water Elementals cannot trigger Teleport.
I think I should reduce his splash damage as the malus effectively nerfs water elementals which don't do splash damage.

Recoded summons to use timers instead of TriggerSleepAction.
Fixed water elementals doing no damage.
Adjusted water elemental damage vs duration.
