As with the other totems, this provides a unique aura that is interesting and a cool addition to the game. Like with those totems, I feel it needs another ability to fully realise its uniqueness and to fall in line with other unique aura towers, especially with such a small radius.
And as always my suggestion;
When creeps take damage, either they or the tower gains stacks, then when the stacks are full the tower launches out a Physical damage effect. I think a bouncing glaive would be enough, but it should have a bunch of bounces, like 8. Something just whizzing about hitting a bunch of guys.

Reduced attack speed bonus of aura slightly.
Reduced trigger chance of aura slightly.
Aura level is now increased by how many Storm towers are affected by it.
Reduced abil factor.

Fixed exporting global instead of importing.
Aura now triggers on attack instead of on damage.
Retriggering now occurs 0.2 seconds after previous trigger, instead of projectile reaching target.
