Fixed Arrow Storm dealing no damage.
Fixed Sure Strikes only ignoring armor on attacks.
Sure Strikes no affects armor type.
Increased attack cooldown.
Storm Beacon debuff lingers for longer and has a visible debuff.
Increased abil factor.
Improved tooltips.
