Fire counterpart to Prince / King of Lightning.
Went with reduced health regeneration debuff on Searing Strike as it's severely underused overall across all elements.

Realm of Ember:
- Changed ability icon
- Removed debuff animation on affected creeps as "Permanent Immolation (Neutral Hostile 2)" is overkill for your eyes
