Eh, depending on the platform / setting , Frostmourne has so many different stats and abilities besides soul steal. And since there already are many different soul steal items, I went with something different that also warrants its gold cost as a late game carry item.

Stealing souls is what it's mainly known for. Maybe rename the item? Spoopy Runeblade Ultra Maximum 10k?
